earlier time women were not allowed to do yoga.it is the last 50 years when women also started doing yoga and joining yoga

claiming there places on the mat.yoga therapy has become so

probabily two of the men gave the reason why they began yoga and also giving advice to the people to do yoga. pete for

example has entered in his sixties and now retired. he has been talking about yoga for a year. Pete attands class only once

in weak but he attands it faithfully.he has progressed it in a advanced yoga organisations. The second is Bob and he is in

his fourties and he is the head of the health education department for a school district. he is not only interested in yoga

but also active in many kind of sports. He has been coming to mixed level yoga classes once a week now for almost 6 months.
Now talking about yoga. why we should do yoga the answer for this question is as given below.
we should take retreat yoga classes as a means of improving

our health. Yoga is helpful in our core strength, our flexibility and our balance. It is also helpful in our breathing, it is
